Karachi, a city of over 18 million inhabitants, does not have a mass transit system,
or an official map. Data on traffic injuries and casualties presented an opportunity
to stylise the map of Pakistan’s most populous city at The Express Tribune.
Using subway maps as an inspiration, the city’s major thoroughfares were redrawn
and stylised in this report titled ‘Deadly Arteries.’
